Who we are

Jacuzzi Holding LLC is an independent U.S. retailer. We do not manufacture the products sold on this site and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or a dealer for Jacuzzi Brands LLC or jacuzzi.com. Brand and model names identify the products offered; trademarks belong to their owners.

Orders, prices and payment

All prices are in USD and exclude sales tax. The full product price, applicable tax, and $200 order-level shipping charge are displayed before payment. A contract is formed when we send an order confirmation. We accept only the payment methods displayed at checkout.

Shipping

Orders ship within the United States for a flat $200 per order. Handling is 1–2 business days and transit is normally 6–8 business days, for a total estimate of 7–10 business days. Large products are delivered curbside. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Returns and refunds

Eligible unused products in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Eligible returns have free return shipping and no restocking fee. Original delivery charges are refunded for damaged, defective, or incorrect products; otherwise the original delivery charge is not refundable. See our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Warranty and product information

Products carry the warranty stated by their manufacturer. We help customers open claims but do not add a retailer warranty unless explicitly stated. Product descriptions use manufacturer information; contact us if a material detail is incorrect.
