1. Who we are

Jacuzzi Holding LLC is an independent U.S. retailer of hot tubs, whirlpool bathtubs, covers, parts and water-care products. We are not the manufacturer of the products we sell. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or a dealer for Jacuzzi Brands, LLC or jacuzzi.com. Brand and model names are used only to identify the goods offered; all trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

2. Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send an order confirmation email. We may decline an order if the item is unavailable, the price was listed in error, or payment cannot be verified. If we cancel a paid order, we refund it in full.

3. Prices and taxes

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD) and are the amount you pay today. Prices exclude sales tax, which is calculated and displayed at checkout where applicable. We do not advertise former or compare-at prices we cannot evidence.

4. Payment

We accept the card and wallet methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment provider over an encrypted, PCI-DSS compliant connection. We never store full card numbers.

5. Shipping and delivery

Shipping to the contiguous United States is a flat $200 per order, charged at checkout. Orders are handled in 1–3 business days and typically arrive in 10–25 business days depending on the carrier and item. Delivery is curbside: the carrier brings the item to the end of your driveway and you are responsible for moving and installing it. Inspect the shipment on arrival and note any damage on the delivery receipt. See our Shipping Policy.

6. Returns, cancellations and refunds

You may return an unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or was sent in error. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of the returned item being received and inspected. Full details are in our Refund and Returns Policy.

7. Warranty

Products carry the manufacturer’s warranty supplied with the goods. We pass on manufacturer warranty claims and help you file them; we do not add a separate retailer warranty unless stated on the product page. Nothing here limits your rights under applicable U.S. consumer law.

8. Product information

We describe products as accurately as we can using manufacturer data. Colours on screen and minor specification changes by the manufacturer may vary. If a material detail is wrong on a product you ordered, contact us and we will correct it, replace the item or refund you.

9. Acceptable use

You may not misuse this site, attempt unauthorised access, scrape it for commercial purposes, or copy our content without permission. Site content is owned by Jacuzzi Holding LLC or its licensors.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the item concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. This does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Disputes are subject to the courts of San Bernardino County, California. Please contact us first — most issues are resolved by email within one business day.

We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published on this page at the time of your order.
