Shipping & Delivery Policy

Shipping rate and destination

• Rate: $200 USD per order.
• Coverage: United States.
• Prices are in USD and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout.
• The $200 delivery charge is shown in the cart and checkout before payment.

Delivery timing

• Handling: 1–2 business days, Monday–Friday excluding holidays.
• Transit: 6–8 business days after dispatch.
• Total estimated delivery: 7–10 business days.
• Delivery dates are estimates and may change because of weather, holidays, remote destinations, or carrier delays. Any product-specific exception is displayed before purchase.

Delivery service

Large items are delivered curbside by freight. The carrier contacts you to arrange an appointment and delivers the crated product to the curb or end of the driveway. Placement, installation, crane service, and electrical work are not included. Smaller accessories may arrive by parcel carrier for the same order-level shipping charge.

Inspect your delivery

Inspect the shipment before signing. Note visible damage on the receipt, take photographs, and contact us within 48 hours.
