  • Please note that shipping delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as holidays or weather conditions.

4. Delivery & Tracking

6. Returns and Refunds

  • Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date you receive your purchase. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
  • If you are not 100% satisfied with your spa, you may return it within 30 days. The transportation cost for returning the spa to the factory will be deducted from the refund.
  • Please note that returned spas are subject to a $150 inspection and restocking fee, and a 3% processing fee.
