Every order ships from the United States on a published flat rate. These terms apply to online, phone, and email orders.
Shipping rates and destinations
- Rate: $200 USD per order for curbside freight delivery.
- Coverage: the 48 contiguous U.S. states only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or outside the United States.
- Prices are in USD and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout.
- The $200 delivery charge is shown in the cart and checkout before payment.
Order handling
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday–Friday excluding holidays.
- We send an order confirmation after checkout and tracking after carrier collection.
Delivery time
- Typical curbside freight transit is 10–25 business days (about 2–5 weeks) after dispatch.
- Made-to-order or special-order products may have a longer lead time stated on the product page.
- Delivery dates are estimates and may change because of weather, holidays, or carrier delays.
Curbside delivery
- The carrier calls to arrange a delivery appointment. A daytime phone number and physical street address are required.
- The driver delivers the crated product to the curb or end of the driveway. Placement, installation, crane service, and electrical work are not included.
- Inspect the shipment before signing. Note visible damage on the receipt, take photographs, and contact us within 48 hours.
