3. Order Processing and Shipping

  • Shipping Rate: Flat rate of $200 per order

We ship products within the United States only. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees. Jacuzzi Holding is not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day return and refund policy.

  • If you are not 100% satisfied with your spa, you have up to 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return for a full refund of the purchase price, less transportation costs to return the spa to the factory.
  • Inspection and Restocking Fee: A $150 fee applies to all returned spas.
  • Processing Fee: A 3% processing fee applies.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-8 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • Spas must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

6. Product Availability and Accuracy

We strive to ensure the accuracy of the product descriptions and availability on our website. However, errors may occur. Jacuzzi Holding reserves the right to correct any pricing or description errors and cancel any orders based on incorrect information.

7. Limitation of Liability
