Accepted payment

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout for your device and billing address. We do not ask customers to send card details by email, text message, or phone.

Currency and order total

• All prices and payments are in U.S. dollars.
• Sales tax is calculated at checkout where required.
• A $200 flat-rate shipping charge applies per order within the United States.
• The complete order total is shown before payment.

Payment security

Online payments are processed over an encrypted connection. Jacuzzi Holding LLC does not store full card numbers on this website.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method under our Returns & Refunds Policy.
