  • Flat Shipping Rate: We charge a flat shipping rate of $200 per order.

3. Sales Tax

  • Sales tax will be applied based on the shipping destination in accordance with state and local tax laws. This includes taxes on shipping and handling fees.
  • Sales tax is required for all orders shipped to states where sales tax is applicable.
  • The sales tax will be calculated and displayed at checkout before the final payment.

4. Refunds and Returns

  • Refund Policy: You have up to 30 days from the date you receive your spa to request a refund. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 days after the returned spa is inspected and accepted.
  • Fees: Returned spas are subject to:
  • A $150 inspection and restocking fee
  • A 3% payment processing fee
  • Transportation costs to return the spa to the factory, which will be deducted from your refund.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours after placing the order without any cancellation fees. After 24 hours, cancellations may incur a processing fee depending on the status of the order.

6. Security

Your payment details are processed through a secure payment gateway and are encrypted to ensure the safety of your personal and financial information. Jacuzzi Holding does not store credit card details on our servers.
